United States Ryder Cup captain Davis Love III has confirmed Rickie Fowler, Matt Kuchar and JB Holmes as three of his wildcard picks.
The USA will host this year?s edition of the competition at Hazeltine later this month and Love has just one place left to fill in his 12-man team.
The 52-year-old will announce the final member of his team on September 25 after the Tour Championship comes to an end.
The trio will join Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth, Phil Mickelson, Patrick Reed, Jimmy Walker, Brooks Koepka, Brandt Snedeker and Zach Johnson, who all qualified automatically.
“Rickie Fowler is so excited to be on the team again,” said Love. “We found no weaknesses in his game, he’s such a great team-mate and is really confident on the big stage.
“J.B (Holmes) is so steady, he’s easy to pair, has a lot of experience and has been on a winning team in the Ryder Cup in the past.
“I’ve been on a lot of teams with Matt (Kuchar). He has a great attitude for matchplay, makes a great partner and like J.B is consistent so easy to pair.”
