Phil Mickelson, Brooks Koepka, Rickie Fowler and Patrick Reed are the latest players to commit to February’s Phoenix Open.

World number 19 Mickelson will be on familiar territory at TPC Scottsdale, as he has competed at the event on 27 previous occasions, emerging victorious in 1996, 2005 and most recently 2013.

Koepka is also a previous winner of the tournament, as he secured a one-stroke triumph in 2015, and he will be looking to build on a successful 2016 season which saw him finish in a tie for fourth at the PGA Championship and form part of America’s winning Ryder Cup team.

Fowler is not a previous winner in Arizona, but he did finish as runner-up to Hideki Matsuyama at the most recent edition of the event, his best showing in eight previous outings at the tournament.

Reed is the highest ranked of the four players, as he is currently eighth in the world rankings, and he will be looking to add to his five previous victories on the PGA Tour, the most recent of which came at The Barclays in August this year.

The 2017 Phoenix Open is due to take place between February 2-5, with players having until January 27 to commit to the tournament.
